Yes, I only have one account and I usually stay logged in. I logged out and relogged back in a moment ago and followed the App Recovery and Cleared Cache, but still nothing has changed.

Thank you so much for your help! I appreciated it. I submitted a form on February 19th and it was unresolved. It was updated on February 26th and the case status is currently closed.

I was able to see both Sims games in my library today. I logged into the EA App and they both showed up. Thank you so much for your help, I appreciate it so much!
