If you want to try it again, have your active and 2-3 others, when your active advances to I think level 5 there will also come another firefighter.
Did try several times. I guess you can’t compare my setup to a normal game. In my game the fire station is the only regular job option they can pick. I may see something similar in my fashion house but I hope not, as in that case there is “register mod options”
