Just like anything else I lock the wishes (almost) regardless if I like it or not, so ya lots of them locked.
I have dream-catch on, so even though I jump all the time they keep their wishes. ;)
This it semi-automated, may or may not help fulfil if they want to buy. Have to decide for them if the wish is realistic, compared to their economy. If they want a new bed – already got one – likely NO!!

Brandon likes to get a stuffed animal – ok that is fine, he will if I remember it next time, I get to him. :)
Shina likes to get a high chair - ok that is fine, she will if I remember it next time, I get to her. :)
If you were thinking of Simon & Magdalena they both got get married locked
