That is nice that the town is willing to supplement those less fortunate. Let us hope it does not make them lazy and not willing to work in the community. :neutral:

Bummer the day care is still not working as it should. I know I've seen tips on the Nraas site for getting it to work without an active sim. I've actually never tried it without my own sim in charge though. I've also read that some struggle with it to get it working. I know one of the recommendations is to assign the worker as level 5 in the career and make sure they are nurturing and have other traits towards liking kids. I don't know if that would be considered cheating with your rules though.
