Those people you mention got Aspergers syndrome, a kind of Autism that is defined by normal or even high intelligence and sometimes almost unreal abilities. Most people with Autism haven’t got those “benefits”.
Mateo got the “Genius” and “Over Emotional” personality combination, so……maybe :D
