Achievement Thread - Guide on how to achieve them

I decided to start a new achievement thread, to help fellow simmers who might be needing it. At the moment, it still could be typos galore, though, so I will most likely have to edit it several times....

Thanks for the heads up. It sounds like a real pain to plan. So there are more props to be unlocked through simport? I didn't know that. Hopefully it will still be functional when I get around to being able to do it. :s
