Achievement Thread - Guide on how to achieve them

I decided to start a new achievement thread, to help fellow simmers who might be needing it. At the moment, it still could be typos galore, though, so I will most likely have to edit it several times....

I used the mod for the simport rewards because I was having no luck with actually travelling my Sims, let alone getting any to travel to me.

I got the 'Nice Arm' on September 12, 2013, so just about exactly 3 years ago. 'Fraid I don't remember the details at this point; it may well be it glitched sometime after that date.
