Good luck. I did manage to get that badge a few years ago and I remember thinking it would never happen and couldn't remember how many I'd found and wasn't sure if they all counted. Then suddenly I got it. So I was relieved it was all over.
The problem is that no one got it since a few weeks after Into the Future. I'm pretty sure that with the release dates of ITF updates, I could pinpoint when was the last time someone got it. Could you tell me when you got it?

I manually fixed IP. Actually, getting rid of the NPCs houseboats does most of the job curing the lag, next step is relocating NPCs to main islands, then it's pretty much fixed. This said, could you provide me a link for the last one, please? Next time I venture to IP, I'll sure be needing it!
That's a shame about the bottles vanishing.
EllaCharmed didn't do much to the world that can be done without taking it into CAW. But she did fix a lot of things in the world itself (not on lots) that were causing things to get stuck. If you get her fixed world you actually replace the world file in ProgramFiles(x86)
Then if you want to you can do all the other fixes that need doing such as fixing bad building and other issues.
