Achievement Thread - Guide on how to achieve them

I decided to start a new achievement thread, to help fellow simmers who might be needing it. At the moment, it still could be typos galore, though, so I will most likely have to edit it several times....

The version on MTS is broken up into a series of zip files you have to combine but think the one on her wordpress site has it all in one file.

There is info that could be useful on both sites.
