Achievement Thread - Guide on how to achieve them

I decided to start a new achievement thread, to help fellow simmers who might be needing it. At the moment, it still could be typos galore, though, so I will most likely have to edit it several times....

More likely I didn't know what I was doing and wasn't sufficiently interested in resorts to work with them more. I have played with existing resorts a couple of times but get bored very quickly.

I keep looking at that badge for running a resort and think I'll have to try for it one day - just to make myself spend some time in a resort but keep putting it off.
