I was suggesting witches because you have 3 majors upgrades to perform taking 10 hours each. "Witches" are not mandatory for this.

And after getting the badge - my Sim took autonomous control of the ship and caused mayhem with her laser cannons. She had little sims down on the ground running for cover. I don't think anyone got hurt though.
