Achievement Thread - Guide on how to achieve them

I decided to start a new achievement thread, to help fellow simmers who might be needing it. At the moment, it still could be typos galore, though, so I will most likely have to edit it several times....

With the "wish enhancing elixir" trick I've previously suggested, it's rather easy to get it, if you have a sim who's got 100k+ points, so I'd say to try again with a non-occult.
