Achievement Thread - Guide on how to achieve them

I decided to start a new achievement thread, to help fellow simmers who might be needing it. At the moment, it still could be typos galore, though, so I will most likely have to edit it several times....

Question: Do we assume that the problem is an update to the website around the time of ITTF (even though it had no badges) or an alteration to the game? In other words, do you think (not that I'm quite that desperate) a reinstalled game that doesn't include ITTF or the post ITTF patch might still trigger it?
