Achievement Thread - Guide on how to achieve them

I decided to start a new achievement thread, to help fellow simmers who might be needing it. At the moment, it still could be typos galore, though, so I will most likely have to edit it several times....

edit; Definitely something is wrong for me it won't trigger. I go get the job then run around town and asking every sim I see what their sign is. They answer, but the badge won't catch. I've asked more than 20 sims each time I've tried. I'll try messing with my game settings another time.

Is it the same or a different saved game?
