Achievement Thread - Guide on how to achieve them

I decided to start a new achievement thread, to help fellow simmers who might be needing it. At the moment, it still could be typos galore, though, so I will most likely have to edit it several times....

Sometimes, I have found that when a badge won't trigger (that we know is not glitched) it is something in the particular game folder. I start a fresh EA folder, not just a new game in the EA folder. Again, this has only sometimes worked.
