Achievement Thread - Guide on how to achieve them

I decided to start a new achievement thread, to help fellow simmers who might be needing it. At the moment, it still could be typos galore, though, so I will most likely have to edit it several times....

That's pretty much what I did. It is/was a completely new install when I started trying for this badge. After Me1620 mentioned trying with a fresh folder. I just pulled the folder out and let it regenerate on its own. I haven't installed any store content yet. So I've not had to worry about keeping any files. :#
