Achievement Thread - Guide on how to achieve them

I decided to start a new achievement thread, to help fellow simmers who might be needing it. At the moment, it still could be typos galore, though, so I will most likely have to edit it several times....

@Lexers615 - Finally, thanks to you, @Thrippa and @Karritz and your discussion on how to get the badge, I just achieved Nice Arm. I could not get the patches to run on my Vista computer. I did load the game up to patch 1.55 on my new Windows 10 Computer. It did not take long to get the badge.
