Achievement Thread - Guide on how to achieve them

I decided to start a new achievement thread, to help fellow simmers who might be needing it. At the moment, it still could be typos galore, though, so I will most likely have to edit it several times....

@KATENESS I can't help with the badging system (other than to suggest shutting down your computer and running a system cleaner or defrag program), but for the screenshot issue, most computers have a Print Screen (PrtScn) button to click, then just pasting the shot into Paint (or a comparable program).
