Achievement Thread - Guide on how to achieve them

I decided to start a new achievement thread, to help fellow simmers who might be needing it. At the moment, it still could be typos galore, though, so I will most likely have to edit it several times....

@Lexers615 I've been seeing this for a while now. So I guess I just have to hope it's fixed by the time I get into my game again? Bummer.
