Achievement Thread - Guide on how to achieve them

I decided to start a new achievement thread, to help fellow simmers who might be needing it. At the moment, it still could be typos galore, though, so I will most likely have to edit it several times....

My badges on the in-game wall have been peculiar for years. I tend to ignore it. Sometimes I have a bit of a look but mostly I just worry about the list of badges on the Sims 3 site.
