I've Dl'd your house and played it for a while. Functional.
Your layout is very good and I love the Little indoor Pond.
I found the colors in certain rooms, mostly the bedrooms a bit overwhelming, but if u had a loose rug in the room with a a different color (no Pattern) it would've just broken the Pink, for example just a little bit. I quickly just added some white rugs and found it to help.
Remember you can play around with roof heights.
Changing u'r cover Picture would've helped a great deal on the exchange. I would like you to go to Page 1 and Post no 2. There is a section called 'Changing the cover picture' there that will help you get the right cover shot for your upload.
Overall a good build and a Rec from me.
