Okay, the lot is up for download. It's rush-time so I thought it would be best to have it up.

I've downloaded your lot and I'll get back shortly. In the meantime, I notice you have experience in story telling. May I suggest you do a walkthrough tour of your lot. See the 5th post of this thread for further information. Be back soon.

Hi SunsetValley01,
I've played your lot and find it very playable. The architecture is well done and the roof line is consistant with the tudor. There is no ceiling. The house, placed on the mound is well done. It blends in nicely with the landscaping around the house.
The plants and trees are missing terrain paint like dirt or mulch under them. The outside lighting could have been CAS'd to match. I don't think the searchlight is appropriate for this type of lot. The placement of the plantings and trees is very well done. I love you little seating area in the front. Very cosy.
The interior is CAS'd well. All the colouring works well together. Furniture placement is good, but the rug under the fireplace is probaly not realistic. I noticed a couple of things missing. There are no alarms.

After phoning the Fire Department

"Yes, I know I should have a fire alarm."

Well at least the insurance covered 1,775 Simoleons of the damage.

Sorry about the fire Sunset. Good luck with this build and I hope to see more from you.
