Does anyone know of a modern Chinese/Hong Kong world?

I'm aware of Simkyo existing, but I'm wondering if anyone has created a Hong Kong inspired world? I'd personally love one as I've been playing too much Sleeping Dogs and have an itch for playing in a ...

have fun whichever world you choose to play in. Hope one of them will be able to relieve that itch ;) ... must admit that the Hong Kong scenery in 'Sleeping Dogs' is awesome! :) ... I would love a TS3 world like that too.
