Place the Sim on a lot. While in live mode, go to the right of the treasure chest icon (lifetime reward points panel) and CONTROL click beside it. Thank you for posting this, I have tried to do this before but it never worked. Thanks to your detailed instructions though my testing sim has a very healthy lifetime reward balance now. :D
