Venus: First you find Dr. Pepper caps with Sims 3 codes. The bottles are marked with the green plumbbob so you'll know which ones have codes in the caps.
Then you go to drpepper.com and look for the redemption stuff. It's been months since I was there, but it wasn't hard to suss out what needed to happen from there. Make an account on the DP site with the same name and email you use for the Sims 3 site here.
I don't have any caps and they're not easy to find, but I hope you do find some. The objects are super cute.
Re: T-Mobile stuff--I hadn't heard, but the site sure doesn't list any so far. :) Hope they do--I like the quality of the T-Mobile objects quite a bit.
