Doublemedion, there are two different sized equestrian centres, one is 60x60, the other is 40x40. There are also two different sized horse ranch training centres, one is 60x60, the other is 30x40 :wink:
If in doubt, just leave a spare lot of either 60x60 or 30x40. The equestrian centre rabbithole is probably better to add to your world as simmers can create their own Scottish "ranch" style houses with stables in game, but, it`s up to you.
