Help finding program that shows you your pieces of cc (might be in sims3packs)

So 2 years back I owned the sims 3, and being a heavy mods and CC user I eventually somehow got the hooker shoes that attach themselves to babies in my game. I remember it being a pain to find and remove them and after getting that specific program I could view the cc pieces in the pack via said program and some downloads had bad cc attached to them. I just got the sims 3 after 2years-ish of not having it after upgrading my pc, and I accidentally deleted my mods folder saved from my old game about 5 days ago while doing a complete wipe on my external HDD and forgetting to get that out of there. I already got all the mods I know I need for decent gameplay and s3pe to merge my cc. Thank you in advance to anyone who responds!
