Re: Redeemed Sims 3 codes but wont download as says only available on windows?

Hi,

I redeemed physical disc codes for 4 Sims 3 expansion packs: Into the Future, Katy Perry Sweet Treats, Seasons, and University Life. They all show as "owned" on my account (visible under Manage Add-ons in the EA App), but they're locked as "Available on Windows" and I can't download them on Mac.

I already have the Sims 3 base game correctly installed as the 64-bit/Metal Mac version, and 9 other add-ons from the same account install and work fine. Only these 4 specific packs are locked, which points to a pointed entitlement issue on my account — this seems to match the known bug where only the 32-bit/Windows entitlement gets granted when registering physical codes, missing the 64-bit/Metal one for Mac.

I've already tried a support ticket and live chat (twice), with no success so far.

Could a Community Manager please check my account and grant the 64-bit/Metal entitlement for these 4 packs?

Sorry to say, but we don't have the tools to grant the 64-bit version here on the forums. You'll need to try contacting live support again for assistance.
