Registered Games

If you have your games registered (the ones that are CD's), will you be able to re-download them from Origin if the original disks were destroyed?

Right-click Base Game cover > Show Game Details > Scroll down and look for the Extra Content tab
There you will find all your registered packs on that account.

If you're not seeing them and you know for a fact that you registered them then you may have them spread across different accounts. In that case, you need to contact EA/Origin and have them merge the accounts. Sounds like you haven't checked the Extra Content tab though.
  • How many packs are missing? And you don't have any of the manuals anymore with the serial code on the back?

If so, you can find the serial codes on your computer. Do you still have your game installed?
  • Yes, anything you register to your Origin account no longer need the discs.
  • That's what I thought, but they are not showing under my account to re-load onto my computer. The base game is there, but that is all I see.

It's showing Night Life, High end loft and 70-80-90's. And I only have the one account. And w/o the registration numbers for the cd's I guess I am out of luck.

Most of them are missing = the disk jackets with codes were destroyed in a flood = the computer I had my game on, my husband gave to his BIL and wiped it before he did
  • I understand. Do you still have the receipts for the packs? I have read that if you contact EA and prove that you have bought a pack they might give you a new code. Otherwise I don't know any other solution unfortunately.
