Will you be turning any of those lots into landmark or hidden tombs? I know that'd be a lot more work but it would make it all the more awesome. Obviously the tombs wouldn't play out at all like Silent Hill but it'd be still be pretty trippy.
I think I remember reading somehow how other worlds can become tourist worlds (although I think you had to rename them France or what-not to make it work). If that were so, it'd be so much fun to send my Sims there for a *ahem* holiday.
I so can't wait to get my hands on this world. I so hope you upload it when you're done.
I think about the tombs, I'll think about how I could do that when I finish the world totally, and I will def look into making it somewhere you can visit, and yes I am making most of the lots myself excluding about 3 or 4 that came from someone who deleted all their stuff. I will also upload all my CC here so there should be no problems as far as I know. Thanks for the feedback :D
