Ok. I'll start from the scratch. Without links to reference it all. I hope this avoids the "content can't be published" errors I've been suffering with for a day and a half now.

I'll bring here my recaps from the previous forums.

Info from the announcement trailer:

• New career: Romance Consultant. Unlocks new ways to promote love and heart-shaped furniture.

• Gallery Sims that use mods, CC, or content from unowned packs won't appear in the dating app.
• You can set the Gallery sims to not appear in the dating app or only allow sims that you've favorited.

The livestream will take place on July 18th. I'll be making a recap of that too when the time comes (and lists of noticed things too). Game Changer early access content will be published after that.
The pack itself will be released on July 25th.

All the info I've gathered from the livestream. For now, if someone else has more info gathered, please share as I don't have an opportunity to rewatch it fully afterwards. I'll make some lists though.

But let's begin!

• CAS
  • New CAS items made in mind of going to dates.
  • New eyemask.
  • Adult costumes are available in CAS, including the catfish costume.
  • New separate eyelashes category under make-ups. This will be available in the base game and will be available to teens and up.
  • New button to apply the part to other outfit categories. Also comes with the update.
  • Gender neutral labels in CAS relationship selection.
  • With the patch, you can set sims to be boyfriend/girlfriend/partner in CAS.
  • Romance Dynamics can be set in CAS, but the game can suggest these depending on gameplay.
  • Base game feature: Romantic boundaries. You can set by what sims can become jealous of, including non-physical romance, physical romance, and woohoo. You can also set if they are open to reconsider their settings through talking. All the options are set to yes by default. New sims made by game have it set randomly.
  • 2 new Love aspirations: Romantic Explorer and Paragon Partner.
  • 2 new traits: Romantically Reserved (requires deep friendly relationship before romance, build Logic and Writing skills faster) and Lovebug (build romantic relationships faster, but need more work to keep the romantic satisfaction up). These conflict with each other.
  • Turn ons and turn offs are a new preference categories. There are 6 categories there: Way of Life, Characteristics, Romance Styles, Hair Color, Outfit Color, and Fashion.
• World
  • 3 neighborhoods. It is Mexico-based.
  • There's a lounge, night club, gym, park, and rental.
  • 4 lots in each neighborhood.
  • Butterflies are the mascot of the world.
  • 3 new recipes.
  • Curved pools come to the base game with the patch.
  • Fountain where you can wish from other's happiness, other's unhappiness, love, or steal coins from there.
• Live Mode
  • Attraction: Sims have easier time with romantic interaction with sims they're attracted to and they gravitate towards them.
  • Relationship social category: the category where all the relationship stuff can be learned and changed.
  • Sim Profile shows turn-ons and turn-offs and romantic feelings (Attraction and Romantic Satisfaction). Romantic feelings are different to both of the sims.
  • If the Romantic Satisfaction is low, the romantic relationship fades away faster too.
  • You can buy romantic gifts from the phone. It includes flowers and snacks.
  • If a boundary is broken, the jealousy is triggered. When that happens, the boundaries will be displayed, the sim who became jealous lose a lot of romantic satisfaction, and can autonomously break up/divorce if this continues.
  • Sims that become too sad can die of a broken heart.
  • Romance skill is a new skill that is improved with romantic interactions. That unlock interactions like Scan the Room and Aura of Flirtiness.
  • Cupid's Corner can be used to go on Blind Dates, Couples Counselling, or use it as a dating app.
  • You can choose two of their traits to show off. No lying there.
  • Selfies are taken manually, before it is generated.
  • You are given some matches, which can be refreshed after some hours.
  • You can save up to 15 sims and add to contacts (adding them to the relationship panel) and create a date.
  • You must choose minimum of 3 activities and there are activities from other packs that are marked with a tooltip. The more activities you complete, the better the date is.
  • Love is made difficult so it's more difficult to quickly get married.
  • New interactions to help other sims learn about your sims. This may help to increase or decrease the attraction.
  • During dates, you can change the venue, extend the dates, or end it (cheerfully or abruptly).
  • Costume chest can be used to dress in costumes confidently, playfully, or flirtyly.
  • A new board game with family friendly option and non-family friendly options.
  • New utility closet for woohoo only.
  • You can hide relationships to not see them in the relationship panel. This doesn't erase the relationship though.
  • During dates, other sims can suggest location changes and date extensions too.
  • Two new TV channels.
  • New base game option: New option to only play Safe for Streaming songs. Woo! YouTube won't be attacking anyone with that soon!
  • Heart Bed is back with voice-changing vibration!
  • Sims can cuddle in beds now.
  • You can get rewards from the dates too.
  • New career tasks: reading romance books, giving advice, writing columns.
• Build Mode
  • 2 new food stands
  • 2 new pool trims
  • New swings.
  • New showers and tile decals.
  • New curved bar
  • New guitar
  • New canopy decoration to snap to beds.
