Sims 3 not working since new update

Hey there
Since I installed the new version of sims 3, 2025, I can’t play, the message I get in the photo.
I tried to delete sims 3 folder and than play new game, but I can’t save it, error code: 16.
If I exit and than trying to play again, I get the message in 
the photo, again. What should I do? 
It happens at all cities, no matter what I will pick
