Hi!
On my EA account, all Sims 3 packs show as part of the Spring Discount. I tried to buy Supernatural, which looked on sale for $10, but at checkout it charged me $20 instead of the discounted price.
I’ve requested a refund, but I don’t understand why the discount isn’t applied. The homepage shows the Spring Discount, but it disappears at payment.
Can someone help me understand this or fix it?

5782341b77vl The sale IS for all regions. I was saying that the Turkish storefront might have a bug because I have seen two reports of this in the last few days and both had Turkish in the screenshots.

I wish that - if there was a Sale - it was for ALL regions - not a selected few!
Or at least make it so other regions don't see Sale ads that don't apply to them! So unfair!
cmrnavy Someone else said the same thing a few days ago, although they didn't go through with the purchase. They were also in Turkey, or at least they had the EA App language set to Turkish. So maybe it's an issue with the regional store.
Regardless, you can buy content from the website rather than the EA App, for example:

The other person said they got the discounted price there.
