I purchased the "Monte Vista" and "Dragon Valley" expansions for *The Sims 3* some time ago. I cannot install them because the "Download" button is missing. There is no option to report this specific issue, and the expansions do not appear in the list of items that can be reported. Furthermore, the solution suggested by EA Help did not work. What should I do in this situation?

I have moved your post from the Polish EA forums to the English EA Forums. Could you tell us which troubleshooting steps you've taken so far?
marchewka123457 Monte Vista and Dragon Valley are Sims 3 Store worlds, not expansions, and as such they need to be registered on and installed through the Store site. The EA App has no way to download them. Please see the first post of this master thread for more details:
