a few years ago I bought The Sims 3 with different collections on steam, now I wanted to add the towns, so I bough them on The sims store on EA account. I use the same email for both.
In the purchase history on EA app I cannot see the cities I purchased. I used money not simpoints.
Could you please resolve it?

MXSV9205932MT Sims 3 Store worlds can only be registered on and downloaded through the Store site. This is true regardless of what kind of install you have. Please see the first post of this master thread for more details:

Store worlds do work fine on a Steam install, just like any other Store content. I have a Steam install myself with all the worlds installed. The only requirement to make it work is that the base game CD Key from Steam be registered to your EA account.
