TUTORIAL :: Adding basements to existing houses with foundation :: No demolishing necessary!

STEP 1: Spartan wants a basement, this looks like a good spot! Unfortunately the house is already built and furnished, but that can be easily fixed. No need to demolish whole parts of the house ...

That's pretty cool. I am learning a lot of new techniques as I am still quite the novice builder. it's always fun to add new things and try new ideas. It's scary you are right but with this great tutorial I am sure I will get it figured out.
