TUTORIAL :: Adding basements to existing houses with foundation :: No demolishing necessary!

STEP 1: Spartan wants a basement, this looks like a good spot! Unfortunately the house is already built and furnished, but that can be easily fixed. No need to demolish whole parts of the house ...

Hi Spartan! Thanks for a great tutorial. :thumbup: Took me a few extra steps to get it exactly how I wanted it, but I understand how to do it now! :D

(*i just had a hard time seeing, cos my screen darkened when i alt/tabbed to review your notes. hey, no biggie, tho! ya know?)
