@kooliekay_1 - thanks kooliekay_1. No waking up thinking you will make a boat. I think that there is a house on every sim lot waiting for someone to uncover it :P. My project starts off with boxes and adding more boxes; something like doodling. You create the general outline, big broad stokes (big boxes) and you keep adding to it; changing here and there... and soon... you see the shape coming out.... the fingers are always on ctrl-z just in case you make a mistake. On this particular lot, the yacht revealed itself :P
@JOKERA_US - definitely do-able.. I look forward to seeing it and so will EA :P
