oh my....
@JOKERA_US, don't give up.... and a great effort so far.....
Now remember to relax and to enjoy your build. Once you have done it once, it is so easy the next time; really!!!
Now the first thing I noticed is that you laid your framework on the ground :P The hull is actually on the first floor so you can delete the walls around the hull and actually lower or raise the terrain from under the hull without affecting the shape.
Now lets start again...
1. create a box with walls where the ship is going to be. This is the hull box. fill it with floor tiles (usually white so you cansee what you are doing).
2. create a small square foundation box in each corner
3. constrainfloorelevation off
4. terrain level from foundation corner to the opposite corner. This is lower the hull box to 1 stair case height in the middle.
5. now draw in the hull beams with the fence tool.
At this point you have many options.
option 1. the next floor will need to be lowered also by using the staircase tool and flatterning the layer (3 times) so that it is just 1 staircase height away from the bottom.
option 2. you can lower the bottom of the hull by using the staircase tool by 3 or 4 times but this will fill the bottom with water so it is best to do option 1 first before option 2.
option 3. raise the sides of the hull using the 3 walls surrounding the hull.
Remember one thing. At all times, the hull can easily be reconstructed if you make a mistake, ctrl-z or using the 3 sides to pull up a spar, or use the staircase tool to push down. If all else fails, as long as the bottom is connected to the ground, any terrain raise or lower functions will affect the hull.
If you delete the walls surrounding the hull then you can dig a large hole in the ground without affecting the shape of the hull.
If you make a mistake, ctrl-z to recover and relax. Save often, save many. It is an experiment...
Good luck. I see the makings of a pirate ship already....
