Looks more Highland Scottish...during the early 1700s - at least I think that's before he emigrated to the "New World", Now ye just need a claymore... :D Or were you going to go for the Sam Heughen curly locks.
Yeah, how do I know about Jamie Fraser. My wife has every single book of Diana G's Outlander series and anything she can get her hands on. Anybody feel sorry for Claire Randall's husband (oh...probably nobody with estrogen)? Out of the blue, she disappears...gets sucked back in time...then comes back pregnant...with Jamie Fraser's baby...then she says that she doesn't love him anymore? I'd be sittin' there gobsmacked and royally ticked off if I were Frank.
Yeah yeah, I know her husband is the descendant of that cursed Black Jack Randall...but hey...did he have anything to do with it? - I like the first and the last hairs best for him.
- cocokaylaNew ScoutOoh I've been watching Outlander lately. I'd say 2 and 4 look closer to what he has on screen. I think the last hair suits him best.
What does it look like if his hair has a slight red tinge? Maybe you could give him more body hair or scars to make him look more rugged. - Rflong7Rising VanguardI like the last one, too. Soo Handsome.
- ZeeGee1Seasoned HotshotAnother vote for the last one. Can you link to where you got it? It’s awesome
- mw1525Seasoned NewcomerCasting my vote for the last hairstyle. Good looking Sim ;)!

So do I, first and last hairstyles suit him best in my opinion.- I like the first hair and last hair the best.
- Thank you everyone for your comments and votes.
I have eliminated one of the styles from consideration leaving these 3.

Originally I made him with the first hair style in mind, then thought the second was closer to how he looks sometimes in the "Outlander" series but liked the last one the best. So I'm going with that one. @ZeeGee the last one is a retexture of Newsea's Chained Reaction hair style. The link to Ctenid's retexture that I have is no longer working but here is another one by Jas .
I have made some tweaks to him. I decided to give him more chin but ended up tweaking cheeks, jaw, chin and mouth a little. I added more red in his hair as @coco and @Scrapdash suggested. It shows up more when he's outside in the sun. Where the sun is not shining directly on his hair it looks darker.

When the game I was playing had difficulties I stopped and haven't been playing Sims 3 lately, mostly building, also playing other games and RL stuff. But I've been thinking about trying witches for the first time. I am thinking about making a household of 3 sisters who are witches. They will be younger, glamorized versions of me and my 2 sisters. :) I decided I needed some new male sims for my 3 witches and since I've been watching the new season of Outlander ...
So to answer about my plans for making a Claire sim, I don't really have any, but if anyone is interested in doing so I'd love to see your sim versions of her.
