Yeah, how do I know about Jamie Fraser. My wife has every single book of Diana G's Outlander series and anything she can get her hands on. Anybody feel sorry for Claire Randall's husband (oh...probably nobody with estrogen)? Out of the blue, she disappears...gets plum back in time...then comes back pregnant...with Jamie Fraser's baby...then she says that she doesn't love him anymore? I'd be sittin' there gobsmacked and royally ticked off if I were Frank.
Yeah yeah, I know her husband is the descendant of that cursed Black Jack Randall...but hey...did he have anything to do with it?
:D
I started reading the Outlander books right before the second one came out. I read those 2 but got tired of waiting for them to be written and ended up not reading any more of them. The same thing happened to the Song of Fire and Ice series (Game of Thrones). I read the first 3 but determined not to read any more until the whole series was written and published. In the meantime I'm completely enjoying both TV shows and don't have any mixed feeling because things aren't the same as the books. :)- NikkeiSimmerNew Vanguard

Love Outlander
@Nikkei_Simmer Yes I feel sorry for Frank, he put up with a fair bit to say the least. I'm one of the rare folks who actually prefer him to Jamie, or at least on the tv because of the actor Tobias Menzies who's just brilliant,
Well, considering how much of a beast that the ancestor was...and the fact that Tobias Menzies had to play BOTH roles, yep...and diametrically opposed characters in terms of temperament and having to differentiate between each role...yeah...I'd say. My wife says that "Oh...but Frank decided to philander...towards the end of his life." My question is..."Well did he before or after Claire came back preggers." If it was after as a male, I understand completely.
"But he wasn't willing to work on the marriage" Yeah...but she cheated! So there! - First of all: great job, he's 100% Jamie (in the tv series anyway, never read the books). Instinctively I go for the first hairstyle (the one from Supernatural) because it looks the most robust yet soft/sweet and somehow that suits Jamie for me.

It's in the body hair category so you don't have to reapply for every outfit. Don't be put off by the colours they've used in the preview pics to show it off, it is lovely in game, and quite subtle. Not like the hideous crayon scribblings that EA provided us with.
Ugh.
Edit - I've read all the books, I love them. In the beginning, I wasn't keen on the TV series. Claire didn't seem to be "Claire" to me, and neither did Jamie. That said, I've watched a few more episodes, and they're all right in their roles though.
I far prefer the books however. "Pary;c-16082970" wrote:

Thank you. I've downloaded the body hair and will use it when I start up my game next time. :)
There are very few shows that I like when I've read and really liked the books the show was based on. I really liked the Sukie Stackhouse books and put up with True Blood for 1 season, mainly because I like Alexander Skarsgard. But couldn't bear to watch how they ruined the characters from the books. The only show I liked, even though they changed the characters from the books, was Vampire Diaries. Although once the Originals spun off to a separate show Vampire Diaries went downhill. Because of that I'm actually glad I didn't read more of the Outlander books or the Game of Throne books ( Although I may still read those if George R R finishes the series. :) )"Pary;c-16082970" wrote:

Thanks for that, EA’s body hair is better than nothing but indeed poorly done.- I agree with @Pary about TummyZa's body hair and, until I tried it, all my male sims were hairless because I didn't like EA's range.

- Jaline33New SpectatorI haven't watched any of the TV episodes but I have read all the books and I really enjoyed them. From what I see behind my eyes the first hairstyle suits my inner visual - but if he were true to the books, his hair would be a rich auburn colour rather than brown like Claire's.
Here is the link for Jamie Fraser in my studio
Note: my pictures show him with default skin and eyes which will not transfer with him.
