Rflong, another house is done for your world for a big family it's a Minty Christmas house in my studio if you want it.
That first house is on the lot that has that mesmirizing pond with the geisers in the back yard practically. I was just in love with the pond. This new one I have to the right of the first house.
I don't have a family for it yet, as i sort of figured this would be a good house for simmers who might already have a nice size family and need a house big enough.
But if you want a family for it, I'll make it, but I much rather make little starter families with a bit cheaper house so I can watch them grow. hehehe.
This house I hope is okay too. Edit, you can actually put them anywhere you think they look best and fit. I made them both on the 25 x 35 lots. As I really don't have a big preference, as no matter which direction I look in the view is amazing. hehehe
