I was wondering have you built a gym for this world yet? I noticed there wasn't any on a lot designated for a gym, so I started building one. It's along the same kind of architectural shape as HappySimmer's beautiful home. I did have it colored a pale blue and iced theme but I tried reddish brick on it and it's a knock out with a green roof and looks good next to the stadium. So far I think I've just used base game contents. I actually came back here to see what other EP contents I can get away with using on it.

Oh well I'm building it anyway. If you want it, it's yours. If not, no biggie. I'll also be doing some 20x20 houses and 30x30's.
