Rukaya, here's a post by Crinrict about TS3 save errors that she wrote for Answer HQ (EA's help forum). To summarize, Error 16 usually indicates a corrupt save - using the SAVE AS command and renaming it usually results in success.

Greenb I love that idea! I should try to do that - have "a theme" of some kind for every save in a different world. That would be another way to try all the things I haven't tried yet. Thanks for the idea!
