Glad to help HJ. I don't know if you will have the same problem though. I spent about an hour trying to get to the bottom of it last night, only managed to find 1 thread in Technical Discussion with 1 reply. The reply stated that the stuffed dinosaur is found in the Kids -> Misc. section between the train and the kite. That was in 2011 and no other posts followed so I guess the OP indeed found it in there.

When I looked for it in my game, it was not in Kids section, nor did I have the kite either. :-|
