There's a tool called the crash log analyzer (just google). It can give you some indication what's wrong and maybe point us in the right direction.

Never seen anything like that. Are you bypassing the launcher ?

Seems the game still does not recognizes your other card.

Should I post this at MTS or do you want to do it ? Ford should be able to assist you better.

Try if it also crashes when you bypass the launcher and start the file ts3w.exe
