hi! you can try this - log out at game launcher, open origin and confirm its up to date, clean out IE cookies/history (the games uses it even if u dont) log back in at launcher and try for prompt update. refresh a few times.
if this doesnt work use the manual super patch to update. see link in first post. good luck.
