2 Expansions missing from launcher

In March 2022, I purchased The Sims 3 directly from Steam which, as part of the purchase, unlocked on Origin and along with it, the Late Night Expansion and the High-End Loft Stuff Pack. This screenshot, taken today, shows the EA App has installed them, and further down the page both items show green ticks with "You Own This Item".

But since around July 2022, neither of these add-on packs have been showing in the Launcher:

I've tried clicking the Install Packs button. I've tried the old "delete the folders and reinstall trick" which is all I can see on here but it didn't work. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling Origin, and then later on, EA App. Nothing. I even formatted my PC and reinstalled Windows because I became convinced there was a software conflict somewhere.

Like I said, I purchased The Sims 3 directly from Steam. The purchase itself on Steam was for The Sims 3 only but when it unlocked on Origin, Late Night and High-End Loft Stuff was part of the Standard package. It shows in EA App "Standard Edition Owned" and up until July, both add-ons showed in the Launcher.

So what's happened? Has EA decided that since I purchased The Sims 3 only on Steam, that's all I'm getting, despite still being told that I own both add-ons. Or is there a bug with the launcher?

I haven't got a clue who to contact about this so my only hope of getting this resolved is posting it here.

    It's sounding like you may have purchased The Sims 3 Starter Pack rather than just the base game, which does include Late Night and High-End Loft Stuff. You should be able to access these expansions in the launcher, but it sounds like there are some issues on your account with these entitlements that the live support team will need to look over with you- here on the forums we don't have access to your specific account details to investigate into this further. 

    Please reach out to live support from the help site here so they can review your account and game entitlements and see what's going on- I'd also recommend you attach this AHQ conversation when you reach out there so the team does have something further to reference. If you run into any issues reaching out to the team there, be sure to let me know.
