40% off Supernatural when you pre-order Seasons?
pre oredered the sims 3 supernatural with sims seasons and was supposed to get 2 DLC packs free but they were never recieved. where do i find them?

did you receive an email with codes for the dlc items ? check your email first if not then contact CS to assist with this as only they can look at your account

Choose a category, a game and a platform for the contact options to show up.
If live chat is gray, change your country to US and make sure you're on US Business hours. It might also gray because they're very busy. Try later.
