Hello everyone!
From yesterday i am facing a login issue at the "The sims3 launcher".

After a several chat sessions with the advisors here is the steps what i already performed to solve the issue but it still persist.
Steps in order:
1: Clear cache
2: clear edge cache. (internet explorer mode not exists at current version)
3: Delete account.bin files, from document/ EA folder
4: Repair files.
5: Clean boot.
6: ipconfig / release -> ipconfig /flushdns -> ipconfig /renew
7: Change password.
8: Deleted the following: dccache, dc backup, downloads
9: Uninstall
10: clear all remaining folders and files
11: fresh new install
12: uninstall and clear again
13: ipconfig/flushdns -> ipconfig /registerdns -> ipconfig /release -> ipconfig /renew -> netsh winsock reset -> Reboot your computer
14: install again
May i ask a help what can i do to solve the problem?
